Having only just discovered this old chestnut on the PS2 I want to hear other peoples war stories.

My favourite two moments…

Being chided by my boss for looking in the ladies room. (At the end of the briefing the chief said “by the way Denton. Stay away from the ladies room. It makes the organisation look bad.”)

While sneaking across a base I was spotted by a couple of military robots. Being low on health I ran to the nearest shelter, a guard tower and lock out the robots. However they now won’t leave the tower alone. Spying a nearby security terminal I hack in…and turn the towers automated turrents on them. (I accidentely set it to attack everything whereupon the turrents ripped apart two robots, a pile of crates and a hapless guard who arrived to investigate…)

Anyone played the demo? It’s flipping brilliant, imo.

Love the mid-fight cutscenes, animations and general bonkers-ness of the battles. It’s just as ridiculaous as the cartoon and the battles seem just as epic (albeit not spanning 460 mins each).

Think I feel a pre-order in the making.
