Mine turned up when I got back from holiday. A quick set up, no extra plug needed (it just plugs into the back of the Wii and the Wii power lead plugs into the connector), a few hours for charging and voila! Two Wiimotes fully charged and no more need for batteries.

So, yeah, works pretty well and looks quite nice sat next to the Wii. It is out of stock at the mo though, but worth getting, IMO.
